WATER BASED EXTERIOR WOOD COATINGS:
We offer specially designed high-quality water based coatings for exterior applications. These coatings having blend of flexibility and toughness are designed to withstand the expansion and contraction of wood due to change in climatic conditions. Our special Nanomaterials based formulations ensure 100% protection of wood against UV resistance. Also, we have specially developed isolators which impart anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties while forming strong barrier layer thus protecting the tannin and oil of wood to come out on surface and weakening the adhesion of coatings. With our constant focus and dedicated work in exterior coatings, today our coatings for exterior comes with five years warranty.
Water based exterior coatings has three parts:
- Water based isolator.
- Water based exterior base coat.
- Water based exterior top coat.
WATER-BASED ISOLATOR:
Waterborne isolator provides strong barrier layer to wood thereby protecting the tannin and oil of wood to leach out on the surface resulting into strong adhesion property of coatings. Also, they provide anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Stains used for exterior applications are specially designed stains with 100% UV resistance and dispersed into clear isolators called stained isolators.
WATER BASED EXTERIOR BASE COAT:
We offer specially developed exterior base coat which gives excellent grain filling and hiding capability while having 100% UV resistance and required flexibility to resist the expansion and contraction. Exterior base coat is recommended to be used for close pore applications.
WATER BASED EXTERIOR TOP COAT:
Exterior Water based top coats are specially designed coatings having blend of flexibility and toughness to resist the expansion and contraction of wood due to change in climatic conditions. Also, they have 100% UV resistance property enabling them to retain the color tone of coatings with prolonged exposure to sun rays. Our exterior coatings offer excellent touch feel with very smooth surface.
