ONE-COMPONENT NITROCELLULOSE (NC) WOOD COATINGS
Nitrocellulose coatings (NC) are single component physically drying solvent based wood coating.
NC wood coating is generally preferred because of its ease of application, fast productivity and competitive pricing compared to other wood coatings. NC Coating produces a hard yet flexible and semi-durable finish having good clarity and smooth film formation. Generally, these coating do not penetrate wood grains, rather form a thin layer on the surface resulting into good covering. NC coatings are suitable for interior applications where yellowing of the coating is permissible.

NC CLEAR COATINGS:
SANDING SEALER:
NC sanding sealer inhibits good sanding properties along with very good transparency. It provides excellent leveling and adhesion on different types of wood. It dries quickly and gives extra strength and durability to final dried film allowing it to form a strong layer on the surface. It has excellent covering characteristics giving close pore finish.
TOP COAT NC LACQUER:
NC Lacquer has excellent coverage, uniform leveling and provides smooth silky dried film. It is only suitable for indoor applications and can be applied over different types of base coat. It provides strength and durability along with attractive finish. It dries fast to give the furniture an instant classy look. Top coats can be made available from matt to glossy top coat finish.
NC PIGMENTED COATINGS:
NC PRIMER:
NC white primers are one component air drying solvent based system which gives rapid drying and high covering. Ease of application and competitive price makes them product of mass application where moderate performance with high productivity is needed.
We offer white, grey and black NC primer in our standard range of products and can also offer customized color primers based on specific requirement.
NC PIGMENTED TOP COAT:
We offer NC pigmented top coats in different gloss level ranging from matt to glossy finish. NC pigmented coatings gives good film hardness and toughness. Due to one component system it gives very good hiding proper ties along with smooth finish.
We offer more than 2000 ready colors and can also develop any customized shade based on requirement.
