ALKYD POLYURETHANE COATING:
Alkyd polyurethane coatings are characterized by their high solid content, rapid drying, excellent finish and yellowing/partially anti-yellowing properties. They are products of choice for all interior applications except where yellowing is not permitted. They are among most widely used products for industrial production of furniture due to their favorable cost dynamics, balance of properties and faster productivity.
ALKYD PU CLEAR SEALER:
We offer large variety of sealers starting from standard high-quality sealers to customized sealers suiting to specific productivity, drying time and climatic conditions. Also, we offer customized sealers for open pore and close pore applications, high flow sealers for very high productivity/robotic lines, special sealers for vertical applications demanding lower sagging with high deposition.
PU ALKYD CLEAR TOP COATS:
We offer top coats having excellent finish, very high scratch & abrasion resistance, silky touch feels along with excellent flow & leveling properties. We also offer customized top coats demanding specific characteristics such as faster drying, very high scratch resistance, and high flow properties.
ALKYD PU PIGMENTED PRIMERS:
Alkyd Polyurethane pigmented primers possess excellent covering & hiding, rapid drying and smooth sanding properties along with favorable cost dynamics. They are most used products for all interior applications. We offer wide variety of primers starting from standard high-quality primers to customized primers giving specific properties such special primers for high gloss applications, rapid drying & easy sanding primers for high productivity applications, high flow primers for robotic lines. We also offer grey, black and customized color primers for specific applications.
2K PU ALKYD PIGMENTED TOP COATS:
Top coat based on alkyd polyurethane systems has excellent scratch resistance along with its smooth silky finish. The crosslinker used for alkyd pigmented system provides partially anti-yellowing properties enabling them to have very good resistance towards color change for indoor applications. We offer top coats from deep Matt (3-10% Gloss level) to high gloss (95-100% gloss) in almost all intermediate gloss levels. Also, we offer more than 2000 ready colors along with any customized color as per requirement.
